Very informative. But overly optimistic, as he doesn't address the increased use of engineered lumber (which has greater fire problems than solid lumber) in the low-rise apartment structures he had in his study.

instructions are misleading. ie choose all that apply and then have one option that selects all above. Also question about cubic ft allowed gives answers in sf units only. Also allows for choosing all answers so that two answers are technically correct here because the lower cubic footage would also be allowed in addition to the 300,000 cubic feet value. Questions and answers should be written better.
